We despatch your order, via Royal Mail, in a strong cardboard envelope or box so they reach you in perfect condition. Please retain the packaging in case you need to return.
Change of mind and exchanges

You have up to 30 days from placing your order to return unwanted, unused items. You cover the delivery cost for returning unwanted goods, we recommend you get proof of postage.
Queen Bee Wraps cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit. Should the postal service lose your items you can make a claim to the service you used.
To receive a refund, excluding any postage paid, of unwanted goods please return in the original packaging or package well to protect the goods. If returned in an unsaleable condition you may not receive a full refund.
Tailor made bespoke items cannot be return unless faulty.
Our beeswax wraps should last at least 12 months when used correctly. If you are unhappy with the performance of any of our products or feel it is faulty do let us know so we can provide advice, a refund or a replacement. It is helpful to send a photo of the item in question showing any faults.
Please note if a beeswax wrap is cleaned in hot water, dishwasher or washing machine, used in microwave or oven it will remove the wax coating and destroy the wrap. We may ask for the beeswax wrap back for inspection.
